The world is currently fighting one of the worst battles, the Novel Coronavirus outbreak. All the countries, states and cities have been able to come up with one of the other solutions or methods for preventing the deadly virus, that has already spread to most countries of the world.

When we talk about India's efforts, we have a start-up in Kochi, Kerala that has successfully introduced two super-smart robots. The Kerala Startup Mission (KSUM) has introduced two robots (computer-programmed machines), the brainchild of Asimov Robotics with the aim to fight the virus. The robot does the job of distributing the masks, sanitizers, and napkins in the start-up complex of Kochi.

The robots are also engaged in spreading information to the people about the Coronavirus outbreak. And explains them the methods to prevent and ways to take care of yourself during this outbreak.

CEO of the firm, Mr Jayakrishnan T had introduced these robots to the general public. He said that it is one of the preventive measures against the coronavirus. Using these robots is a super-smart decision and has garnered a lot of attention from the general public and hence making them aware of the possibility of COVID-19 virus to spread through human contact.

Mr Jayakrishnan T said in a statement, "They just act as crowd-pullers. So that people gather around the robots and listen to what they have to say. This way, we are able to communicate about the virus outbreak to the public." The chief executive officer of the firm added that their firm is also making plans of deploying these robots in as many public places as possible such as the airports and malls. The robotic startup has also taken the required permissions from the government authorities for carrying out the same.

As of now, the current status of Coronavirus, in the world confirms that around 170,040 people have been confirmed and 6524 people out of these have lost their lives.
