Day 1: Kantlu to Prashar Lake

Height: 6,050 ft (1,844 m) to 8,900 ft (2,713 m)Time taken: 1 hour drive + trek for 5 hours, 7.05 kmTrek slope: Moderate. Soak climb for 500 meters taken after by a progressive rising for around 4 km. Another lofty climb for 300 meters taken after by a simple walk.Water sources: Carry two liters of water. There is one water source at distance, around 2.6 km into the trek. You can refill your water bottles here.Kantlu is around 2 hours from Mandi. Achieve Mandi by 7.00 am and make a beeline for Kantlu. Eat here and start trekking.The trail starts with a lofty rising for around 500 meters through open land. You will see the valley on ur right.After this, you enter a wilderness, which for the most part comprises of rhododendron. The trail facilitates somewhat here to wind up a progressive climb. In 400 meters, you achieve a clearing from where you get the full perspective of the Dhauadhar go. Enjoy a reprieve here. Day 2: Prashar Lake to Kantlu

You can refill your water bottles from the little pump that you achieve 2.2 km in the wake of beginning the trek.You will come back to Kantlu today yet through an alternate course.Stroll on the motorable lake from Prashar lake f0r 1.5 km. Inside 100 meters you will achieve a little town named Halgarh. This town has just a couple of houses. You get an unmistakable perspective of Kantlu and the valley from here.Start descending again from here. In a brief time, you achieve the a piece of the course gone up against Day 1. Take after this to achieve Kantlu, which is 2 km from Halgarh.Eat at Kantlu and leave for Mandi.
