History of the Srivari Padalu Tirumala
There is a story behind the temple that links to Lord Vishnu’s avatar landed here as Lord Venkateswara. According to the Vedas and Puranas, Lord Venkateswara Swamy initially stepped foot on "Narayanagiri'' which is one of the seven hills at "Srivari Padalu''.
