Hawaii is the rainbow capital of the world

A new study, Secrets of the Best Rainbow on Earth, has declared Hawaii the world's rainbow capital. Hawaii has a lot of rainbows and is the island that glimpses magnificent rainbows.

It's no doubt that Rainbows are one of the most beautiful natural phenomena of nature. Rainbows are caused by the reflection, refraction, and scattering of light in raindrops, and the location and climate of Hawaii make it the perfect place to experience rainbows. The subtropical climate of Hawaii and the general weather pattern, dominated by trade winds, lead to frequent rains and clear skies between rains.
Another reason for frequent rainbows is the mountains of Hawaii. which increase the flow of trade winds, forming clouds and producing rain. Without mountains, Hawaii would be a desert with little annual rainfall of 17 inches.



The air on the Hawaiian Islands is exceptionally clean and free of pollution, contributing to the many bright rainbows.
