Gangtok The Gateway to Sikkim

Perched at an altitude of 3,564 meters, this stunning valley is a nature lover's paradise as it is home to the Shingba Rhododendron Sanctuary with more than 24 species of rhododendron (state flower) flowers that bloom from late February to mid-February. of June.

The Yumthang Valley is closed to tourists between December and March due to heavy snowfall in the area.
