Avengers Campus is finally opening at Disneyland on June 4th

Disneyland California Adventure Park in Anaheim has announced its much-anticipated opening date for the Avengers campus, June 4, 2021! It's a perfect opportunity for Avengers fans to indulge in fun activities with their favorite characters. The opening has been announced after being delayed for almost a year due to the coronavirus pandemic.

Ken Potrock, president of Disneyland Resort said in a press release, "We are so excited to soon welcome our guests to Avengers Campus, our first land dedicated to SuperHeroes. Here, our cast members will unite to help guests of all ages find their superpowers and create special memories."

Initially, the campus was scheduled to open in 2020. Even a media preview was also held in March 2020, but everything stopped after the COVID-19 outbreak. Disney parks around the world have been closed for a long time.

"Our goal is to always deliver on the adventure, immerse guests in the story and really tap into guests' imaginations. As Imagineers, we are always looking to push the envelope. And the stories that we're telling are different than any stories that we have in our parks today", Walt Disney Imagineering director Scot Drake had told reporters in 2020.

But on December 31, Disney's official fan club shared a post confirming that the Avengers Campus will open sometime in 2021, although no specific date has been mentioned. The new land features some very exciting new attractions. But the star attraction here will be WEB SLINGERS: A Spider-Man Adventure.
