It has been captured by the Mughals, the Jats and finally by the Rajputs in the year 1775 during which Alwar (a princely state) was founded. In the year 2004, the Kesroli fort was leased to the Neemrana Hotels by Wing Cdr. Mangal Singh. The Fort was then properly restored by the co-founders of the Neemrana Group of Hotels, Mr. Aman Nath and Mr. Francis Wacziarg.
The interior gardens of the Fort Hotel that are found in the Mardana and the Zenana quarters look refreshing and help to frame the tent of the sky above. You can visit the extremely famous Sariska Wildlife Sanctuary where you can see leopards, jungle cats, hyenas, jackals, and tigers if you're lucky.
