Indian Railways launches New Service 'Bags on Wheels' app to transport
The North Delhi Railway Division has announced the launch of an app-based service called Bags on Wheels, which will provide luggage transportation, loading, and transportation services for travelers from Delhi, Ghaziabad, and Gurgaon. The service will allow passengers to carry luggage from their homes to the train station when they arrive on trains and vice versa.
The company that was awarded a contract to operate a baggage service is reported to be serving passengers on trains from New Delhi, Delhi Jin. , Delhi Kant, Hazrat Nizamuddin, Delhi Sarai Rohila Railway Stations, Ghaziabad, and Gurgaon.
These services have a nominal price, and the fees will depend on the weight and amount of luggage, as well as the distance the passenger has to travel. Door-to-door passenger transportation will be provided, and baggage will be collected from the passenger's address to the train car and vice versa.

Northern and North Central Railways CEO Rajiv Choudhury told reporters that an app-based baggage service has been launched to improve rail revenue.
The BOW app will be available for iPhone and Android users. After the passengers submit their request to carry their luggage, the contractor will pick it up safely and have it delivered to the bus/home according to the customer's booking preferences. Baggage will be delivered before the train leaves so that it is convenient for passengers.
