The Guitar Shaped hotel is 400-foot-tall, and it would be a new addition to the most incredible architecture of Hard Rock Chain in the world. The design of the 35-story hotel incorporates several guitars embedded back-to-back that will be a sight to behold. The project, which is estimated at USD 1.5 billion, Rs 1,04,76,07,50,000 approximately, is a part of the chains expansion of the current Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino locations in Hollywood.The hotel will have palatial rooms starting at 515 square feet. Some rooms will even be swim-up suites and villas partially submerged in water, which include butler service and a private pool.Not only this much, in addition to these amazing facilities the guests will be able to enjoy a 10-acre lagoon-style pool, a lazy river, a 12,000-square-foot rooftop bar, lots of shopping, a 41,000-square-foot spa, a comedy theatre, 14 restaurants to choose from, and, of course, 3,000 slot machines and 228 game tables at the casino. Apart from its cool design, and beautiful property, there is much more to the hotel that makes it unique.But the X-factor of this Guitar Shaped hotel is the rebuilt, 7,000-seat concert venue, Hard Rock Live. This venue will host 100 shows per year, including concerts, boxing matches, theatre shows, and more. According to the sources, Adam Levine and Maroon 5 will also perform on the opening night, which is October 24, 2019, of the hotel. This empire is owned by the Seminole Tribe of Florida.The expansion will include 806 additional guestrooms and suites with638 in the guitar hotel tower, where all guest rooms will be 48 square meters or larger. An additional 168 guestrooms and suites will be located in a 7-story Pool Tower that will flank the pool complex.
