Sikkim

Those coming from a road trip to Ladakh or by air should bring their negative RT PCR test report 96 hours before arriving in Leh. Please note that the accommodation is supposed to increase up to 50% of the capacity. Therefore, it is advisable to reserve your accommodation in advance and not wait to reserve immediately.
Ooty and coonoor (Nilgiri Mountains)

Mahabaleshwar and Panchgani, Maharashtra
Hill stations near Mumbai are building buzz after Himachal Pradesh, which is good news for Punekars and Mumbaikars. The two hill stations in Maharashtra - Mahabaleshwar and Panchgani can be visited for one day also without showing a negative Covid-19 test report. But if you want to extend your license whether in a homestay, private farm or hotel, a rapid antigen test (RAT) or with an RT-PCR test report is necessary. The test report should not be 72 hours before your arrival in Maharashtra. This is done to reduce infection with the virus, and restaurants are even required to operate at a maximum of 50% with changing hours.
