SuperShe Island founded by an entrepreneur
Kristina Roth. Roth is the former CEO of a consultancy business. The home town of Roth is in Germany but she had started her career in New York and had traveled almost around the globe. She also owns an island in Turks and Caicos. When Roth was on a vacation in Finland she got an opportunity to own an Island in Finland which was on sale at that time. Being business minded and have owned Islands in other parts of the world and then got an opportunity to get an Island in Finland she grabbed the opportunity. The concept emerged in her mind regarding the
female only as during her vacation she observed that men are distractions for women as they just change themselves to attract them, starts fixing make up for men, have several behavioral changes to influence men. So she started thinking of construction of a resort on the island for a female retreat where the females can be the best version of themselves without being fear of judged by the world or any other forces. She had not allowed male on the Super She Island as she felt male acting as a barrier for females. The concept behind Super She is not gendered discrimination it's only a humble effort by an entrepreneur to give females a comfort zone where they can have a true concentration on themselves and they are ready to explore their inner self with luxury and peace of mind. They can be themselves and can connect to their inner conscience.

SuperShe Selection Process
The intimate trips to the eight-acre island are narrowed down to just eight women per getaway. The females need to fill up form available online at their official site and then they have to go through the selection process to enter the luxury gateway of SuperShe Island. The participants are required to answer simple questions in interviews with the founder of SuperShe Island (Kristina Roth). The participants are selected through video interviews and other skills required are they are good handlers of social media and are having a professional profile at LinkedIn. Roughly estimate
