Taj Mahotsav 2022 will be held from March 20 to March 29 this year. Held annually in Agra, this 10-day cultural festival is known as a celebration of food, art, culture and craftsmanship. The elections were earlier scheduled for February 18 to February 27, but were postponed due to the Uttar Pradesh Assembly elections.
The theme of this year's 10-day festival is reportedly the color of the crown of the Independence Day Amrit festival.
Announcing the postponement, Uttar Pradesh Tourism Co-Director RK Rawat said that preparations have been completed for the annual Taj Mahotsav to be held from March 20 to 29. Swing
According to reports, the project was started in 1992 with the aim of promoting the creative arts of the artisans and showcasing their artistic talent. During the event, a variety of cultural performances by nationally and internationally renowned artists are seen, turning the event into a mix of tradition and culture.

Dates of Taj Mahotsav: Revised dates are from 20th March to 29th March 2022.
According to the official website of Uttar Pradesh Tourism, the festivities will start from 10 am to 10 pm.
Location: The event takes place at Shilpagram, a famous handicraft village in Agra, not far from the Taj Mahal in Uttar Pradesh.
Ticket Price: No tickets for children under 5 years old. To participate in the festival, adults will have to buy a ticket for Rs 40 and a group of 100 school children will get entry for Rs 500. Foreigners can watch the Taj Mahotsav for free.
