While traveling one tends to eat a variety of cuisines and that might affect the digestion. Having yogurt cures that and even promote good digestion and prevents diarrhea or food poisoning. Tip: One can have it regularly even while not traveling; it imparts a natural glow to the face.You can get into the habit of carrying an electric kettle while traveling. It is always better to know exactly what to have and avoid eating out as much possible. You may carry your own grocery or buy it and make at least one meal on your own. It saves the danger of getting digestion-related diseases. Tip: It is very easy to make oats, soup, egg (boiled) and more such stuff in the kettle.You should try walking in most of the places, especially for short distances. It keeps you healthy.
